The German billionaire who went missing earlier in the week is still nowhere to be found as high winds continue to hamper rescue efforts reports SwissInfo. One rescue personnel said on Wednesday that the chances of finding the 58 year-old are “minimal” at this point.

Karl-Erivan Haub was skiing above Zermatt near the Italian border at the time of his disappearance and some think the experienced ski mountaineer and retail magnate likely fell into a crevasse.

Axel Mann of the legendary rescue outfit, Air Zermatt said during a news conference that they “still see a minimal chance” of rescue. He went on to admit that chances of a successful search begin to plummet after the first few days. Still, they’ll continue to search until the chances of survival are nil.
