The thing about falling down Tuckerman Ravine is there’s not a lot of chance for recovery. This couple from Canada approached the lip after climbing up the Right Gully. The girlfriend then slipped her edge and took out her boyfriend and they both took a wild ride to the bottom. Thankfully they luckily avoided the rocks and were both uninjured after this out of control fall.
It should also be noted that avalanche danger exists at Tuckerman’s and although its low right slide still occur:
