There’s just something a surprisingly rugged about the east coast Canadian mountains known as the Chic Choc’s. For one, they provide some of the steepest terrain in the east and secondly their snow is famous for being deep and light. Add in a backcountry element that is beyond wild and you’ve got Northeast Appeal.
