Apparently some guy named Keith who had previously knocked out Thredbo’s GM with a snowboard is disputing his ban from the Australian ski area in court– all the while wearing a colander atop his head.

The colander headgear is apparently a sacred object for those worshipping the “Flying Spaghetti Monster.” No we’re not kidding. Keith is the second person to be allowed to get his driver’s license picture with the object on his head thanks to state recognition of this ‘so called’ religion. Seriously, I hope this guy gets the shaft in court. He’s obviously a con to some degree and even admits to threatening and scaring children in the past. Get screwed Keith.
