US Ski And Snowboard is getting awfully boozy pre-Pyeongchang and all we can say is that we wish Bode Miller were doing the advertising for this new partnership involving a Park City whiskey manufacturer.

US Ski and Snowboard announced earlier this month that they will combine forces with High West Distillery as its newest “spirit sponsor.” Although we’ve never heard of such a sponsor, we’re all in favor of this boozy move by one of skiing’s most influential organizations.Â

All we can hope is that the entire downhill team and big air athletes have a lifetime supply of this stuff after putting their bodies through what are two of the most dangerous winter sports in the world. Gotta ease those aches and pains….
