The gang became infamous this past summer after taking selfies on an ultra-sensitive geothermal spring in Yellowstone National Park. Since then, two of the members plead guilty to a series of charges stemming from their “reckless” actions.
And those actions didn’t stop in Wyoming.
The crew also violated multiple other laws and ordinances in places like Zion National Park, Death Valley, and Mesa Verde among others. Pictures also showed these bro-brahsities snowboarding across a flooded Bonneville Salt Flats, an action that is in violation of a 1985 act to protect the sensitive salt grains on the flats.
Now, Hamish Cross and Parker Heuser are being joined by fellow Canadians Charles Ryker Gamble, Alexey Andriyovych Lyakh, and Justis Cooper Price Brown. Of the three, Lyakh and Gamble will serve a week’s worth of jail time in addition to thousands in fines and years in probation. Brown will pay similar fines and participate in community service.
