Comments on Current Conditions

Some excellent soft powder skiing can still be found with cooling temperatures a mixed dose of sun today. Use caution while skiing/riding in the trees as there are still early season hazards lurking. The Subpeak and Greely Bowl are expected to open around noon today with excellent powder skiing. The backcountry avalanche danger is rated Moderate in the alpine and at tree line today with a caution for buried wind slabs. Bundle up and enjoy the POW!
