2015 was most definitely the year that drone use came into our national vocabulary and to some of us, it seemed only a matter of time before this emerging technology was fitted to a human passenger scale. Well that is what the EHang 184 has done. It is the the world’s first electric, personal Autonomous Aerial Vehicle (AAV). You can’t travel across the country in one of these, they are designed for short to medium distances, but it is the certainly a major step in direction of commercially personal commuting aircraft.  Can you imagine what a fleet of these things would do at a ski resort?
