It’s been quite a start to the season for the PNW.

Mt Baker is leading the charge as far as deep snowpacks go and Snoqualmie Pass is breaking multiple records. After ridiculous snowfall that seemed to never stop during the month of December, Alpental has a whopping 136″ base!

That said, let’s get to the records.

  • Snowiest Month On Record: December was the snowiest month on record for Snoqualmie Pass with 193″ falling in the month alone!

* Last year saw a measly 104″ of snowfall for the entire season!

  • 7 Day Snowfall Record: The week snowfall total from the 18th-24th was 112 inches!

* Last year saw a measly 62″ as the 7-day high!
