Authorities have called off the search for a missing Montana skier. Bart Pickard, 65, was reported mission Wednesday after last being seen Tuesday morning at the lodge at the Lost Trail Powder Mountain Resort in Sula, Montana on the Montana-Idaho border in the northern Rocky Mountains. Mounting snow levels have made the search virtually impossible according to a KBTV7 article. Ravalli County Sheriff Chris Hoffman says it could be until spring before the body is recovered.
