Mikaela Shiffrin left the racecourse in Are, Sweden battered and bruised. After flipping over some b-net, Shiffrin sustained what appeared to a be a serious knee injury that left many wondering how bad did she hurt her knee? Torn ACL, MCL, possibly both…?

However, it has come to our attention via her Facebook Page that Mikaela has a partially torn MCL as well as a bone bruise and will undergo extensive rehab and therapy without surgery. WHEW!
