Following a spring snow storm that dropped 14 inches of new snow, Arapahoe Basin has its biggest day ever on Sunday. The resort saw 15 percent more visitors than its previous biggest day ever back in 2010.

The ski area is scheduled to close June 7, but in years past, it has stayed open through the July 4th holiday and later.
