Got up early today and made the most of it with a healthy dose of mellow slack-country touring laps and some fun with friends. The sun was out and mark my words, it still works. The south and southwest facing snow was great up high in the morning but got quite heavy after a few hours. On the mountain, disease ridge was the best snow all day, and if you happened to be in the mood for some jumping, then there is no shortage of kickers out there.
Forecast:
Starting tonight over 30 cm could fall in the next 24 hours and keep going with light flurries through Saturday. Now wouldn’t that be fun.Â
