Christian Regester is a sick snowboarder.  I am not just saying that because he is my homey, or because he peddles me some free gear, here and there, no I am saying it because it is TRUE.  Anybody that sends the “beast” 3-4 times a day and thinks it’s normal, is SICK.  The beast is a huge air that all locals at Mt. Baker and all over the ski world can attest to it’s AIR Up there STATUS.

I personally have watched Christian stomp this same air countless times, but I think this is the cleanest and one of the best days ever on skis/board at Mt. Baker.  The conditions were primo, (I even think it was saturday so the “show-off” dial was cranked to 11) and the crowd was gathering.  Dropping in at the top of the line, it really feels like you could just jump all the way down to the patrol hut on chair 8.  Some have tried, some have conquered, but nobody owns this air like Christian.

After a full year of “beastiality” Regester started a trend that every keener, ripper, college kid (with a nose for snow) was trying to follow in his footsteps hucking the same feature with continued failure.  Which goes without saying….Do you have the balls to huck a 60-80 footer 4 times a day?  Didn’t think so.
