MacPhail’s is a strange name for a burger joint. Â It does not seem like they have too high of aspirations for the place. Â But, upon entering the newly renovated taco bell location, it is easy to tell they aiming to succeed. The place is super classy and has even added a heated deck.
Along with the nice new ambience, the food is quite tasty. Their 100% Premium Certified Angus Beef Burgers are great and why one goes to a burger place, but the menu offers some other quality options as well.  MacPhails also prepares steak meals. chicken, a salad, Salmon and my favorite, the Philly cheese steak.  After tasting the quality and trying to eat the quantity, I figured the $11 burger was a good deal  It is a huge meal served on freshly baked bread and with a heap of Idaho Spud fries, regular or sweet.
There were some rumors about bad service and poorly prepared food when MacPhail’s opened. That is not the case anymore. Â Seems like they have worked out the wrinkles and all is good. Â Still think the line to the back door will stay know as Taco Bell Couloir.
