Salomon skier and Dubsatch co-founder Leo Ahrens passed along the Dubsatch Collective’s Summer edit this morning and it is pretty damn impressive. Is there anything these young rippers are not good at? Answer: No. This edit is professional grade and highlights some summer fun in some sort of deep way. Watch the video, share it with your friends, read the interview below and say goodbye to Summer. Snow is on the way to the Wasatch!

SC: That edit was awesome stuff. Can the viewers expect to see more editing from Leo this coming winter? If yes are you planning on making each edit just as creative and new as this one?

Leo Ahrens: yeah definitely. I love filming and my favorite season is just around the corner. Hopefully I’ll be able to put in time in front and behind the lens! We are definitely trying to put out something unique with every edit we put out so don’t expect a typical park edit from us.

SC: Since you got back from South America what have you been up to?

Leo: I’ve been just hanging out in SLC filming my friends skate for the most part. Hoping to make my way to Cali before the snow flies to get in some surfing.

SC: Other than crushing contests and skiing pow what else did you get a chance to do while down south this summer?

Leo: I was lucky enough to spend two weeks surfing in Pichilemu with my homie Zach Halverson before we headed into the mountains. When we got to Pichi we were walking around in the middle of the night with nowhere to go and a random family took us in for two weeks and fed us. It was an amazing trip!

SC: Everything seems to be coming together nicely for you and the Dubsatch crew. What can the viewers expect to see this coming fall and winter?

Leo: We have some huge plans in the works for this winter!!! Not spillin the beans yet but just expect some fresh content from the “wasatch way of life” haha
