Vancouver is the coolest city this side of the Mississippi. I take that back, Vancouver is the coolest city in North America. It’s got the mountains and the ocean, skiing and surfing. It’s got culture and with that comes food. It’s got hot girls, both Canadian and Asian (lots of asian). It’s close to the USA and just as close to Whistler. Plus Vancouver is host to events like the Celebration of Light and oh yeah, the 2010 Olympics.
Last week I went Wakesurfing in the Burrard Inlet, we didn’t have a wakesurf so we made do with a six foot surfboard and it worked. After the session we anchored at Wreck Beach and watched the sunset. Once it got dark we docked and went for Sushi… a perfect day in Vancouver.
