Use your computers Up/Down/Left/Right keys to control where the camera looks in this video. Insane, right!?
Well, this is the craziest thing we’ve seen in the ski industry to date. A 360º movie? What the hell is that? It’s a movie that’s filmed with a camera that can film a nearly 360 degree view of the world. Once the video is complete, the viewer can use the up/down/left/right keys on their computer to control which part of the 360º field they want to look at and change that view all the time. The viewer has complete control of what they view.
So, how the flock did they do this? We have no idea. We’ve looked around and there really isn’t a good explanation of this phenomenon anywhere. But, we’re smart enough to realize that there is someone reading this who can. If you can explain how this works, please do so in the comments.
Regardless of how this video was made, it can be made. Clearly this technology will change the skiing/snowboarding industry forever and we demand to know more about it. We’re are gonna start digging to learn more about how this was done and how available the technology is. Stay tuned…
