A few days ago, on my birthday April 6th, I was standing at the saddle way out in the Bookends looking into Mary Ellen with a few friends. Most of the people I was with had never seen that part of the mountain and were blown away by the view and the terrain. I mentioned that Snowbird had been talking about adding all that terrain and that they were just tied up in the red tape of getting approval. Check out the link below. It was posted to Snowbirds FB page today. Now all the hippies are going to have to decide if they want to cry about the roller coaster, or if they want to cry about the new lifts and terrain. I do not envy the hippies. Figuring out what you are going to complain about everyday of your life is so hard…
