It was deep today at Snowbird. Crazy Deep! Deep enough that it would have been worth quitting your job to be there this morning. The Junior Freeskiing Tour is in town and the young fellas and fella-ettes were shredding on Silver Fox today for the qualifier. I was planning to watch a bunch, but got caught up skiing all that pow.
I did catch a few runs and saw some solid skiing. Late day we got to “inspect” the venue and I found it to be deep and awesome. More snow tonight, and I am going out on control routes in the morning with patrol. I will post a video for that too…. Follow me on Twitter @unofficialbird.
