“Worst day of the season!”  was heard around the mountain today.  With the heat yesterday and the winds all week, the mountain is left in a state that is not ideal.   But even if it is the worst day all season, that is only because Jackson has been blessed thus far.  The powder has been plentiful this year, and now it is hard to find.  The best places to look are in the tight trees facing North.  The wind was also leaving a little bit of extra there today.  Overall, the cover and conditions are great for Jan. 8.
