The Unofficial crew, still down in Chile, has been lucky enough to bag a bunch of first descents thanks to Powder South Heli Ski. After skiing some fun lines with great snow we finished our first day down a two lane chute that funneled into a massive glacier. We later discovered it was a first decent by our guide and so we humbly named it ‘Unofficial Chutes’. A first descent for most of us.

The next day we found this Southeast facing zone with amazing terrain. We ripped our first couple runs there in the morning and ended our day there in the afternoon, skiing powder every run. All of us were pretty taken back by the experience and thought we should call the zone ‘The Blast Zone’. We then started to name the individual lines we each skied, mostly after family members.
All in all, It has been an unbelievable experience. After every run we have been left speechless and every heli lift we have been in awe.
