Medford, Massachusetts โ€” New England was just blessed with soft powder over the past few days, and one of the big winners was around the Boston area.

Adam Bass typically spends his snowboarding days exploring the big ski resorts of New England or heading into the backcountry. However, this past weekend’s dump allowed him to explore some skiable terrain around the Boston area.

On Sunday night, he was able to shred around some Boston landmarks, including the stairs leading up to Bunker Hill. Not the steepest terrain, but definitely something you can brag to your friends about.

Probably the most impressive find from his powder days was his exploration of the Fells Reservation. This steep-ish hill is in Medford, one of Boston’s suburbs. The hill is large enough to see the surrounding area, including the Boston skyline. There were some hidden obstacles, such as branches, but the shredding looks quite beautiful.
