- 9. Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel – Only glacier ski area in the Salzburg Region. Reaches up to 3,000m altitude and features stunning views of Zell am See, Kaprun, and Hohe Tauern National Park.
- 8. Sölden – Features three areas, early-season glaciers, Giggijoch (advanced skiers), and Geislachkogel (sporty). Known for its après ski.
