After a winter storm dumped 10 inches on Mt. Hood Tuesday night followed by freezing rain the Blue Chairlift experienced power fluctuations and resort staff determined to evacuate the 150 skiers and snowboarders who were on board. KOIN reports the operation took 2.5 hours. Thankfully no one was injured during the evacuation:
