Hotham Alpine Resort in Victoria, Australia, has announced that Sunday, September 6th, will be the final day of lift operations for the 2026 snow season.
The resort said its teams worked to keep skiing and snowboarding available for as long as possible, but difficult weather conditions and a challenging forecast forced the decision to close out winter this weekend. Hotham acknowledged the efforts of its staff as the resort prepares to wrap up operations for the year.

Retro Day is scheduled for Saturday, September 5th, at The Bird Cafe and Bar. A Father’s Day Party is planned for Sunday, September 6th, providing a final celebration as the ski season comes to an end.
