Ski racing legend Lindsey Vonn asked her doctor if she could knock around a few balls before attending the International Tennis Hall of Fame 2026 inductee ceremony over the weekend and she got the all clear so long as it didn’t hurt when she played.

Apparently she was pain free and couldn’t resist the chance to rally with Jimmy Connors and Stan Smith giving her pointers from the sidelines.

When she wasn’t on the impeccable Newport, Rhode Island grass courts of the International Tennis Hall of Fame, she sat in as an upire and wasn’t taking any guff:

Lindsey was there to support her longtime friend Roger Federer who was inducted alongside broadcaster and former player, Mary Carillo. Lindsey had this to say about her pal Rog:

LINDSEY VONN:

Congratulations Roger Federer on being inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame this weekend. There are many athletes that I admire, respect and look up to but Roger was the athlete I aspired to be. Classy, kind, fearless, a true competitor and always a true sportsman. It’s been a privilege to call him a friend over the years as well as Mirka and the whole family. I could not have imagined a better way to be inducted than through the eloquent words of his wife, Mirka. The night was emotional and what a family can do when they support each other. His legacy is far beyond tennis and will last forever.

Congratulations to you Rog, your family and entire team.
