Copper Mountain is lucky to be situated at a high elevation and to have plenty of north-facing slopes. Because of their dedication to early-season snowmaking, they still have the snowpack to continue operating their lifts safely, and the season has been extended from an original closing date of April 26th to May 3rd. marks the fourth consecutive season the resort has extended operations into May.
To celebrate their long-lasting season, Copper will also offer discounted lift tickets for the remainder of the season. Through April 26, lift tickets are only $99 per day. Then, from April 27 to May 3, they will be just $49 a day.
They are keeping the vibes high with after-hours apres on Friday, May 1. April 24-26 includes Sunsation and Skimmy Dippers. This includes live music, DJ sets, and a dual pond skim. Keep in mind that despite the fun, there will be no beginner terrain open during the extended season.
