Boise, Idaho — If you’re looking for a ski home with great views, a former Olympian has a home that may suit your needs… If you have a lot of money.

The Wall Street Journal reports that an Olympian has listed his mansion for sale. Priced at $6.8 million, the once undeveloped lot was completed by Biathlon athlete and hunting entrepreneur Glen Eberle in 2015. The Overlook is a 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom estate that’s situated on a 4.72-acre parcel. As it stands, it’s the most expensive home for sale in Boise.

Some of the property’s amenities include a movie theater, bar, executive office, outdoor patios, maintenance shop, and gym. It’s only a twenty-minute drive from downtown Boise. More importantly, it’s close to Bogus Basin and the Ridge to Rivers trail network.

“Instead of looking at taillights and stoplights, you’re watching hawks fly and seeing birds and deer and elk,” said Eberle to the Wall Street Journal.
