Jackson Hole Mountain Resort celebrated its 60th season this year, and although the conditions didn’t provide everything that was expected, it was still a season worth celebrating. With 345’’ of snow in the year, Jackson Hole made the best with what they were given.Â
In celebration of its 60th anniversary, Jackson Hole released a film detailing the geological journey of the resort, told through the story of the mountain’s ascent. Snow, apres, and smiles have been daily elements to a Jackson ski day for decades.Â
The last day of the season was this past Sunday, April 12th. To commemorate the final days, the resort was also offering $60 lift tickets for its final four days. Celebrating closing day is always a good time, and Jackson sure does it right. It’s sad to see the season end, but all we can do is be grateful for what we got and hope for an even better winter next year.
