Sugarloaf Mountain brings back the Wicket Ticket.
Sugarloaf Mountain brings back the Wicket Ticket.

Sugarloaf Mountain in Maine is celebrating their 75th season in operation throughout the winter, with several events having already occurred and more planned. For the 75th day of the season, the ski resort went down the route of nostalgia, bringing back everyone’s favorite Wicket Tickets.

The Wicket Tickets were handed out all morning at the bottom of the Whiffletree lift and will continue to be available at Guest Services throughout the day. The tickets are just for looks, though, as a real day pass or season ticket will still be required to ride the chairlifts.

Additionally the resort offeredย $75 discounted Lift Tickets and $75 1-Hour Private Lessons, and pass holders who’ve skied every day of the season are eligible to pick up a commemorative 75th Anniversary Pin with Resort Services.

The resort already celebrated the 75th Anniversary Kick Off Party, and later this season will be hosting a Vintage Ski Day and a 75th Anniversary Gala, both on March 14th. You can learn more about events at Sugarloaf Mountain here.
