Aspen Snowmass is reminding you to pick up your 2025/2026 season pass before the ski and snowboard season begins. To do so, they created a hilarious homage to the 1978 horror film “Halloween”.
“Our ode to the original suspense thriller, “Halloween” from 1978 still holds up and is a reminder of what lurks in the shadows and be careful of what you might leave behind.“
This is not Aspen’s first time dipping their toes into the horror film genre. Earlier this month they released a recreation of “The Shining.” In 2023, they recreated the terrifying 2002 film “The Ring” with the same message as this year’s homage, and in 2017 they created a little something of their own. It’s truly a fantastic way to celebrate the holiday, and we’re grateful for their work.
Aspen Mountain and Snowmass are both scheduled to open for the 2025/2026 ski season on November 27th, while Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk will both open on December 13th. Don’t forget to pick up your ski pass!
