At just 18 years old, Asa Vermette is already proving to be a monster in downhill mountain bike races. He’s found himself on the podium and in first place in multiple Junior and Men’s Pro races over the past year, including taking 2nd place at Red Bull Hardline in Tasmania in February, but that simply wasn’t enough for the athlete.
At this year’s Red Bull Hardline UK, which occurred just this past weekend, Vermette proved once again that he’s the future of the fast-paced downhill sport. In 2022, Hardline rookie Jackson Goldstone became the youngest person to win Red Bull Hardline. Now in 2025, Asa Vermette took the title for his own, lowering the age bar at the original Red Bull Hardline course. Huge congrats to Asa on such an incredible win.
