Nick Goepper.
Nick Goepper.

Professional half pipe skier Nick Goepper purchased 40 acres of desert land to build his own personal training ground nicknamed “Rollerblade Ranch.” A 13-foot tall quarterpipe and a 50-foot airbag create a top-level training facility 2 hours west of Salt Lake City, and he’s been using it to learn new, never-been-done tricks in an effort to win gold at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy.

The ramp seems to be working, as Goepper shared footage of himself landing a new trick for what appears to be the first time. Not sure what this one is called, maybe a double cork something or other, but it’s wild to watch.

We look forward to seeing you in the Olympics Nick. Hoping you can pull off some unbelievable stuff.
