In the long list of prohibited activities in Yellowstone is imitation of wolves. Not specified if that includes dressing up like a wolf but certainly includes vocalizations as the preceding rule prohibits imitating elk calls or using buglers.

Being the rugged landscapes of America’s oldest national park (especially during a full moon) might inspire you to howl, put a cork in it or you might get reprimanded by a park ranger.
