An intoxicated man was arrested for harassment, disorderly conduct, and assault after harassing and throwing snowballs at two young girls at the base area of Keystone Ski Resort.

According to the Summit County Sheriff’s Office, the two young girls were waiting for their father to come back from the restroom when the intoxicated adult male began harassing and throwing snowballs at them.

The man approached them, despite the fact that they were minding their own business, and began cursing at them, flipping them off, and throwing snow. Multiple witnesses were present, allowing for the establishment of probable cause.

Deputies arrested the male for for harassment, disorderly conduct, and assault.
