Park City, Utah — The first part of Deer Valley’s East Village is now open. The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley opened last month, and the East Village terrain expansion could open in the coming weeks. However, this is far from the last development that will be part of this new base area.

Yesterday, the Four Seasons announced they will open a hotel in the Deer Valley East Village. This facility will feature 134 guest rooms and suites and 123 private residences (ranging from 1 to 6 bedrooms). Some of the amenities at the hotel will include four dining outlets, wellness and fitness spaces, and convenient access to the slopes. The rooms feature private balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, and fireplaces. The residences will range from 1,200 to 7,000 square feet and include residence-exclusive amenities.

Bart Carnahan, who’s the President of Global Business Development, Portfolio Management and Residential Business for the Four Seasons, described their excitement for this project: .

“As we grow our iconic mountain collection, we are thrilled to bring Four Seasons to Deer Valley at an exciting time for the acclaimed destination. By combining our legendary hospitality and residential offerings with this storied mountain setting, we look forward to offering another incomparable luxury retreat with our partners at Extell as they expand Deer Valley for future generations.”

This wasn’t the only development at Deer Valley East Village that was announced recently. Last week, the Cormont at Deer Valley East Village was announced. These five residential towers will feature 350 condominium units, ranging in price from $1.7 to $9.75 million. The new owners will be allowed to offer these units as rentals to tourists, giving people another slopeside option to stay at. They hope to open that development in 2027.
