In Washington, on the west slopes of the North Cascades and passes, including the cities of Lyman, Concrete, and Hamilton, heavy snow is possible at or above 4000 ft, with snow accumulation reaching between 12 and 22 inches and winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Meanwhile, along Boulder Creek Road, Chesaw Road, Sherman Pass, and Highway 20 Wauconda Summit, up to 8 inches of snow is expected between and above 4000 and 5000 feet.

Western Okanogan County could continue to see periods of snow through Thursday afternoon, with significant snowfall above 4000 feet and accumulation reaching up to 12 inches on Washington Pass.

In Oregon most of the winter storm warnings are set to expire Wednesday evening. Portions of north central, southeast, and western Siskiyou County could 5 to 10 inches of heavy, wet snow accumulation, while portions of south central Siskiyou County could see 5-10 inches and winds up to 60 mph. Travel in all of these areas is likely to be extremely difficult and should only be done if absolutely necessary.
