Coast Guard Share Video Detailing Intense Rescue Of A 74-Year-Old Hiker In Oregon

A 74-year-old male hiker was rescued from a creek after falling off a bridge 18 miles east of Brookings, Oregon, on Sunday, September 29. Coast Guard Sector Humboldt Bay  watchstanders were notified around 2:50 p.m with a relayed request for a medevac from Air Station North Bend.
