While they may have played a very important role in creating life on this planet, they incredibly destructive, taking lives, villages, cities, and towns out in the paths of an eruption. Iceland is among the most volcanic areas in the world, seeing a volcanic eruption around every 12 months since 2021. To protect and save lives from volcanoes and eruptions, the Iceland Civil Protection Drone Unit uses DJI drones.
