WHISTLER, British Columbia – Who needs ski bases anyways? YouTuber and skier Rise & Alpine attempts to ski Whistler top to bottom while touching as little snow as possible. That’s right, we’re talkin’ dirt skiing, and a whole lot of it. I haven’t spent much time on dirt and rocks myself, but I can say that I’m very impressed by his ability to stay in control through these conditions. Pretty wild.
