Dear Editor of Unofficial Networks,

I am writing to express my growing concern over an issue that, while it may seem trivial to some, significantly impacts the enjoyment and comfort of many guests at ski resorts: the pervasive smell of marijuana in the gondolas.

As a regular visitor to various ski resorts, I have noticed an increasing trend of gondolas reeking of marijuana. While I understand and respect the privacy and choices of individuals, it is important to consider the shared nature of these spaces and the diverse range of guests they serve, including families with young children, individuals who may have health issues, and those who simply prefer a fresh and neutral environment while enjoying their ski experience.

The essence of skiing and snowboarding is not just in the sport itself but in the entire experience, which includes the journey up the mountain. The atmosphere within gondolas should be welcoming and comfortable for all, not a source of discomfort or health concern.

I urge Unofficial Networks to address this issue by advocating for clearer policies regarding smoking in shared resort spaces and encouraging resorts to implement and enforce these policies more strictly. Additionally, it might be beneficial for resorts to provide designated smoking areas away from communal spaces like gondolas.

By taking these steps, ski resorts can ensure a more pleasant and inclusive environment for all guests, respecting both individual freedoms and communal well-being.

Thank you for considering this matter and for your ongoing dedication to improving the ski resort experience.

Sincerely,

Teddy From Colorado
