Olympic Valley, California- Last week, Palisades Tahoe got dumped on.

Noah Gaffney was able to secure the first chair on KT-22 after a seven-foot snowstorm, but it was a tense morning. Ski patrollers warned the first group of people in line for the chairlift, as there are still mental scars from the in-bounds avalanche slide that occurred back in January.

Due to this, Noah Gaffney decided to take on a “mellower run,” which consisted of him jumping off two moderately sized cliffs. Skiers at Palisades Tahoe are built differently. Around the one-minute eighteen-second mark, you can see a slab beginning to give way, but Noah luckily escaped before it could suck him in.
