When you imagine what the backyard terrain park setup would be for one of the most influential freestyle skiers of a generation, you might conjure up some elaborate matrix of jumps and rails but that’s not what Henrik Harlaut has out the backdoor of his crib in Andorra. Think about Michael Jordan draining free throw on some dingy rim or Wayne Gretzky endlessly blasting one timers on a frozen pond up Brantford, Ontario. Humble training grounds can make for world class athletes. Here’s Henrik on Christmas day shredding a meager little homemade park for 1.5 hours while mumbling NAS lyrics.
