“Low avy danger and sudden change in the weather led us to the west coast of Narvik to explore the possibility of riding amazing couloirs in Stetind, Norway’s national mountain.”

Sweet little backcountry adventure featuring Finnish rider Antti Autti as he explores an incredible line down the Stetind, Norway’s national mountain. The Stetind has long been a well known landmark for sailor along the coast with its steep vertical faces resembling an anvil rising from the sea. The name come from a Norwegian contraction of ste meaning anvil and tind meaning mountain peak. Bit of a harrowing hike in but the payoff is incredible.
