One of our favorite independent ski resort is opening up tomorrow and we are stoked to spread the word. Showdown Ski Resort is a proudly independent and woman owned business that embodies what we love about mom and pop operations. In a day and age when the US ski industry seems like its on an inevitable and unending march towards corporatization, its refreshing to remind ourselves there’s still places like Showdown out there maintaining that close knit mountain community vibe.
