Are you looking to improve your form when taking on the most difficult runs on the mountain?

Last month, Carv released a video with advice on how to ski steeper groomed and bump runs. Kimberly Mann, a PSIA Alpine Level 3 Instructor, traveled to Aspen Mountain to explain how to handle these types of trails.

Their tips include using step turns when you’re intimidated by a steep pitch, trying a patience turn, moving forward to engage your ski tips, absorbing your pressure in the bumps with bent legs, and having a variety of turn shapes ready on the gnarliest terrain.
