“During a drive past a popular surfing location in Lawrencetown Beach, Nova Scotia during Hurricane Lee, we saw an extreme sea foam event that looked like a snowstorm! Bizarre and rare! Mel Rusinak and partner Gardner Wade caught the footage hurricane snow is what we called it!”

Pretty cool weather phenomena experienced by a couple driving down a seaside road in Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia as Hurricane Lee made landfall and blew sea foam with such force that it looked like snow flurries. Wouldn’t suggest breaking out the skis and trying to get some turns but the visuals are remarkable.
