Frankly, when I do posta bout luxury real estate properties here on Unofficial Networks, I’m usually not blown away. That is not the case here, as The Dark Chalet in Eden, Utah is probably the best slopeside home at Powder Mountain. Priced at $15 million, it has some of the best architectural features of any ski home on the planet.

The home was designed by Tom Wiscombe, who helped sculpt the beautiful BMW World Museum in Munich. Some of the amenities include an indoor wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor fireplace with surrounding seats, an outdoor hot tub, office space, and views of the Wasatch Mountains.

The home also has impressive tech. It’s powered by a two-story control center, which features battery backup and high-efficiency systems. Solar systems are able to power 300% of their energy needs. In the dining room, LED lights recreate the Orion constellation.
