Every summer, Keystone Resort keeps its snow tubing hill open as long as possible. In spite of the warm weather, this summer has become a record-breaking one for the Colorado ski resort. Keystone’s snow tubing park is still operating daily, meaning that this is the longest that they’ve been able to operate. Their previous record was August 6th, so shout out to the snowmakers at Keystone for all the hard work they did to make this happen. Their goal is to try to make it to Labor Day (September 4th).

Snow tubing is just one of many summer activities that Keystone has. They have an extensive lift-serviced mountain biking network, hiking trails, scenic gondola rides, golf, and more.

In terms of offseason projects, work continues on the Bergman Bowl. An update from a couple of weeks ago, pictured below, shows the new bast terminal being put together. The 555 acres of newly lift-accessed terrain will feature sixteen trails that are serviced by a high-speed six-pack chairlift called the Bergman Express, with its expected opening coming during the 2023-24 season.
